It's easy to instruct us. When you're ready, just shoot a quick e-mail or phone call

If your case is urgent and requires immediate attention (for example, you are currently at the Police Station), please call us and use the appropriate option on the switchboard

Providing us with your Instructions

In order to provide you with an effective service that is tailored to your needs, we will need to take your instructions.

Your instructions should:

  • Be Honest: please provide all relevant upfront, even if it may seem embarassing. We are here to act in your best interest, and we cannot do so without the full picture.
  • Be Supported by Documentation: any relevant documents and correspondence should be shared with us. This may include letters, postal requisitions or medical reports.
  • Have a Goal: you should let us know what you hope to achieve. We will see what we can do to help you achieve this.
  • As always, if there's anything you are not clear about please ask and we'll be happy to answer your queries.

    After instructing us

Once we have your instructions, we will provide our Letter of Engagement, which states:

  • What you have instructed us to do
  • What the fee will be
  • Who is allocated to prepare your case
  • It is accompanied by our Terms of Business, both of which must be agreed to before proceeding.
