Brian has decades of management expertise in both private and public sectors, of which nearly 23 years have been spent in the legal profession.

For 13 years he managed Tuckers Solicitors, one of the largest criminal defence firms in the country.

He brings a wealth of practical management experience and knowledge gained not only from advising and managing law firms, but for also his management role as Group Duty Solicitor Manager of the London Office of the Legal Aid Board.

He is responsible for ensuring the firm maintains its Specialist Quality Mark in the field of criminal defence and operates to consistently high standards.
