She obtained her Higher Rights of Audience in 2002, permitting her to represent clients in all Courts. She represents clients from the initial stages, at the Police Station and has taken cases all the way to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR).
She has been a Duty Solicitor since 2001. Natasha is the Founding Partner of Carters Solicitors, which was established in 2006. Prior to that, she managed a team at National Law Firm Tuckers Solicitors. She was President of West London Law Society in 2004-2005.
Areas of specialisation include serious drug conspiracies, people trafficking, high-value fraud, murder, general crime and road traffic.
Natasha also practices in family law, particularly high net worth divorce and also certain aspects of Immigration law.
Natasha is multi-lingual and is excellent at giving clients confidence and reassurance when dealing with their matters.
